Journal #3 - Old problem-New problem

Where did I go for my party and how did I get there? You probably already know. We went to El Salido pool and I had friends volunteer to drive people!

Bit of advice to those throwing parties: NEVER be the only one planning it where there will be approximately 40 people in it. It WILL get hectic and VERY stressful for you. I learned the hard way. Almost the entire party I was tending to things, people, and worrying about other stuff. In fact, to prove how hectic it was, I tried to sit down for 10 minutes and eat 3 slices of pizza without someone calling my name to help them with something. Did it work? Nope! =) I started the 1st slice at about 8:00PM and finished them at 12:45AM. The only bit of relaxation I had at my house was when I beat the living crud out of the Pok-e-mon. Man was that fun =oD

Oh, that's another thing. Be absolutely sure you've got enough food. We got 7 boxes of pizza and it was finished in under 5 minutes. We ordered 3 more boxes which got finished later also. Just make sure you got every aspect of your party good to go. That way you can enjoy the party yourself.

In other news, I'm in summer school. I know 2 people in my class. Justin King and Danny...don't know his last name. I just know he's annoying. Keyboarding is really easy. I'd say it's a complete waste of my time. I could probably test out right now. But I can't because they won't let me test out twice. I'm sure everyone knows the story.

Is it just me or is everyone hooking up with someone nowadays? First there was John and Kari, then Linda and Ravi along with Tinachris and Justin (which sad to say didn't last long), then Jennifer and Don, Jackie and Thien, Shan and John, and now Erica and Jason. It's like of all the people who went to the corner, there's total of...4 or 5 people not dating someone?

And where are the parties!? It's summer! Summer = Party time! = Someone throw some parties! Ya' know, Jennifer and I aren't the only ones who have houses fit for parties...
I may be tired from Summer School, but I'm never tired of parties! So someone throw one! =D
